Frilly girly tops are popping up all over the place. They work for work clothes, they work for afterwork clothes. Really, they are a fabulous way of adding a little bit of fun and flare with still looking but together. You can get just a little frill and Banana Republic or a lot of frill at Kensie Girl. Warm colors are great, but I think it is fun to mellow the frill out a little bit with a color that you wouldn't expect a big frill on, like light silvery gray or a beautiful blue.
