Vivienne Tan is a Chinese designer who incorporates influences from China for some very nice Chinese Chic looks. The cherry blossoms, which I find the most gorgeous, remind me of Van Gogh's paintings. This skirt maintains contemporary shapes with modesty and simplisity.
